Recognizing an early-career professional demonstrating exceptional promise, technical ability, professional growth, and leadership potential.
Selection Criteria: Nominees should generally be within the first 10 years of their engineering career and demonstrate measurable professional accomplishments, continued career development, and emerging leadership.
Engineering Leadership Award
Honoring an established engineering professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership within a company, institution, technical team, or engineering discipline.
Selection Criteria: Nominees should demonstrate sustained leadership, significant professional accomplishments, and evidence of positive impact on teams, organizations, projects, or the broader engineering profession.
Engineering Innovation Award
Recognizing professionals whose ideas, research, technologies, designs, or engineering solutions have contributed to meaningful advancement.
Selection Criteria: Nominees must demonstrate a significant innovation or technical contribution with identifiable impact on an organization, industry, community, product, process, or engineering discipline.
